As for what to call it - it depends on the plan, you don't want to "use up" good names on one-off beers otherwise you end up with those wanky 20-syllable pretentious names. So if I was @chopps I would have an experimental range equivalent to the Faithless range from RedWillow. The Priesthole is an obvious name for the oneoffs - there was a Priest's Hole from the long-defunct Medieval Beers in Nottingham but otherwise it looks clear on Untappd. Then if they work out they emerge from the Priesthole and get released under a "proper" name. So for now it's just Priesthole 01 - Hazy.

Otherwise, a name starting with Sun.... is a great start for a fruity beer like this, and you could just go with Sun Priest, or launch Sun King at an excellent local hostelry that has already given you one name (it's the name of a big brewery in the US but you should be OK if this is a one off). But there's various options down the road of sun gods - maybe not the Saxon one Sigel - for instance you end up with eg one of the incarnations of the Aztec one, the Turquoise Prince (which then gives you a pump clip colour). The Vikings had a wolf that chased the sun across the sky that was called Sköll. Which you couldn't use as a beer name obviously, but Sun Wolf would be a nice reference to it. You could even throw in 10 grams of Styrian Wolf and pretend that was the reason for the name.
