American Amber..getting better with a longer conditioning..think I need another couple of kegs and I need to keep my spare freezer for a conditioning/lagering chamber..

Tropical stout tonight. 1 week in the bottle. Pours nicely. Maybe a tad bitter, but think that will mellow over a few weeks. Still very young but was curious as to how it's doing.

After a couple of old pilsners I'm onto @moto748 bitter, and it's really lovely, I'm a big fan of styrian and you can taste it in this. Malty, a lot less carbonated than my usual efforts and I think it's the way to go as it assentuates the maltiness. Really lovely thanks for sharing!

I just bought another corny today to ferment in.... Might need another serving keg too.

Couldn't wait for another week till this is "done" conditioning. Very good bitter and I have the psuedo cask serving method down.

Waiting for the rain to stop before I hit the first microbrewery tap.

3.8% session IPA. Pretty good.

Tapped the keg of the most recent Czech pils bitterness is almost there. Guess I need to add 100g of saaz next time and do some work to get that nice golden colour of urquell.

1.5 kg of Pork Belly destined for the Air Fryer and an IPA while pricking it.

Not so much the cider. I managed to finish it with our nephew also having a pint.

Cider is an excellent cooking medium. Especially this time of year - pot roast a brace of pheasants in it then turn into a game pie with some veg and decent bacon. Drink with bitter.
