It’s a blend of dry yeasts 50/50 and then fermented right in the middle of the min/max temp for both yeasts at 13oC.Blended or started as a lager and finished with saison yeast?

Did the saison yeast take over and turn the beer into a saison?It’s a blend of dry yeasts 50/50 and then fermented right in the middle of the min/max temp for both yeasts at 13oC.
I might just massively ramp up my bitter recipe and see what happens.I'd like to have a crack too
Really nice and dry and snappy and pilsner like with a Belgian character.Did the saison yeast take over and turn the beer into a saison?
I'll try to find this, I really like the hacker-pschorr version and also Paulaner.2nd Oktoberfest of the night. Normally I'd expect to prefer a darker lager, but this is much better than the Hacker-Pschorr. Delicious stuff.

A saison yeast at 13c very interesting. Pilsner like with a Belgian character sounds like a fabulous combo.It’s a blend of dry yeasts 50/50 and then fermented right in the middle of the min/max temp for both yeasts at 13oC.
I quite like that one. It’s mucky but got a lot going on.Comparing weiss beers
I haven't heard of premium bitters before is this a new category? Or basically an ESB?After running out of Opus bitter last night I’ve put another keg of bitter on tap for a family BBQ today

It was a CAMRA category. They had session strength for up to 4.3% and premium for 4.4% and over.I haven't heard of premium bitters before is this a new category? Or basically an ESB?
@pilgrimhudd saison now
Very highly carbonated and really well balanced bready malt aroma and a subtle hop taste that dances in your mouth with the bubbles. Very smooth dry finish that hides the 7.3% very well. Bloody nice beer. Cheers for sending. View attachment 76102
Edit**
Just looking over your brewdays thread and I see this had cardamom in it,didn’t get it on the aroma but it’s there in the background on the finish. Very interesting.
