Just looking at this photo and the beer looks oxidised. It isn’t I used 50% pale and 50% chevalier malt the photo just makes it looks darker
Didn’t notice any. Then again I wasn’t looking for any.
I’ve been brewing this morning and I’m now enjoying an Opus bitter or two in this glorious sunshine. 😎

For me it tends to be the dominant flavour from voss.

My son is currently up in the air, on his way to Richmond, Virginia and he won’t be back for 3 years. So after some tearful goodbyes yesterday I’ve gone for this lavish beast. It’s worth the calories 😂

Can you drink it or do you need a spoon ?Yes pretty much!
Yep it can be drunk (it has been) 😂, but needed a teaspoon at the end to make sure I cleaned up all the chocolate drizzle I'd put on the inside of the glass.

Brewed a Vienna Lager, where everything seemed to go right, definitely something wrong there. Cleaned out my lines as well so treated myself to a Saison.
Probably all I’ll have today after that meal in a glass earlier 😂
