What quantity did you put in and how long has it been conditioning?

Starting the weekend with a drink that’s becoming a favourite of mine (2 is enough though)

What abv did it end up ?

It only ended up at 6% not sure what went wrong as I was 9 points down. So altered my efficiency for the next brew and was 8 points up. In conclusion it was something with that brew I cocked up.

Kicked off with one of these from a European shop in town. Pretty good, will buy again.

No it finished quite low as it was my first time using kveik so I think it’s what was added that is giving the sweetness.

It’s a bit too overpowering, wasn’t sure if it was because it was leaf or not.

This one is BBE 28.01.22.
Liking the Talus in this Analogue Set by Northern Brewing Co.
6.7% as a starter may have something to do with it.
But it is fruity (without any additional fruit).

No it finished quite low as it was my first time using kveik so I think it’s what was added that is giving the sweetness.

Another cider. This one 7.4% and a lot sweeter. More cidery than the other and not as nice.

BBE 31.01.2022 .
This One Eye IPA from Tooth & Claw is even stronger at 7.0%.
Richer, but the claimed Nelson Sauvin and Vic Secret hops are suppressed by that. Not delicate but tropically rich.
At that gravity it shouldn't be tiredness.

Probably not on it’s own Rod, I used three times that and the contribution to flavour was still quite subtle.
