Starting the weekend with a drink that’s becoming a favourite of mine (2 is enough though)
It only ended up at 6% not sure what went wrong as I was 9 points down. So altered my efficiency for the next brew and was 8 points up. In conclusion it was something with that brew I cocked up.

Still within style though. Did it finish high ? I used a European ale yeast because I thought it was a European lager yeast
It’s been conditioning 30 days now and it was 25g of Bobek
Not long back from a pub lunch with friends. I know, we were enjoying ourselves and I was enjoying the beer. London Pride, kept and served as it should be.

Kicked off with one of these from a European shop in town. Pretty good, will buy again.
No it finished quite low as it was my first time using kveik so I think it’s what was added that is giving the sweetness.Still within style though. Did it finish high ? I used a European ale yeast because I thought it was a European lager yeast
It’s a bit too overpowering, wasn’t sure if it was because it was leaf or not.
Back on the backlog of my older Beer52 stash in the garage.
This one is BBE 28.01.22.
Liking the Talus in this Analogue Set by Northern Brewing Co.
6.7% as a starter may have something to do with it.
But it is fruity (without any additional fruit).

Another cider. This one 7.4% and a lot sweeter. More cidery than the other and not as nice.
BBE 31.01.2022 .
This One Eye IPA from Tooth & Claw is even stronger at 7.0%.
Richer, but the claimed Nelson Sauvin and Vic Secret hops are suppressed by that. Not delicate but tropically rich.
At that gravity it shouldn't be tiredness.
Hi H, i am doing a bitter tomorrow, on my last order from cml they chucked in 25g of opus my ? is 25g enough as a late addition
Probably not on it’s own Rod, I used three times that and the contribution to flavour was still quite subtle.
