Another big beer. This is beautiful. Very smooth. Wonderful flavours. Another recommended beer. Our Imperial stout man knows his imperial stouts.

I can confirm for it's price that is a very good red it is in our little book of reds for roast beef sunday dinners

Yellowtail Chardonnay is my go to wine. Can’t beat it for the price.

Happy Friday good folks, I am having a few tonight Henry’s Revenge an American golden ale hopped with Columbus and talus and this fine ale shall be brewed again

Hefeweizen I bottled last week. Ran out of suitable hops and used Chinook as a last resort so it's a little hoppy for a wheat, but it's not too bad.

If I’m being completely honest I probably primed this a tad too low (2g/L) but it’s still very drinkable I dislike Mild that is highly carbonated but do admit a little more “fizz” wouldn’t do it any harm so will try 3g/L next time (cane sugar).
