Cheshire Cat
Landlord.
Pint of my 5 points best bitter.
Might be overcarbonated - I can drop you off a spare tap if you like? The good.....
Well, DocAnnas Naeb'dy Aboot. 1 full keg thereof An absolutely fantastic lager.
The bad.....
My party tap appears to be effortlessly turning it into foam, this pint took me about 10 minutes to pour amongst various spillages etc. And I even tried to put my flow control tap on to try, which resulted in beer pouring out from under the collar. My first time working with a corny keg. No idea what I'm doing wrong, but I'm doing something wrong
Anyway, Cheers @DocAnna this is every bit as good, if not better than the first time I tried it, and would pass as a premium commercial lager with flying colours. It has everything except the carbonation I have managed to strip from it.
Your delivering full kegs? Where can we sign up?Might be overcarbonated - I can drop you off a spare tap if you like?
Where’s that then HB as we aren’t far from me?This puppy next for me. Tomorrow I’m going to one of my favourite bottle shops (see my bank account tremble!)

Is your reply to pennine a general call to your inaugural beer festival and barbecue, perchance?Cheers @Brewnaldo thought I’d have a glass of the Nae’bdy too (this is version 3)
@Pennine - I’m making far more beer than I can drink or take the time to package at the moment and need a keg emptied for about two weeks time!

It’s in Sevenoaks. They have a pretty good selection of Belgian beers. I brought these home with me today but I’m on taxi duty so torturing myself with the thought of drinking them.Where’s that then HB as we aren’t far from me?
By surpriseCame across a beer festival by surprise at a local pub… any recommendations?
