In all seriousness, is that a commercial brew or a homebrew? I've been looking for a decent recipe for a sparkling ale. (I thought they were supposed to be cloudy?)

Pint of a pale made with the CML Falconers Flight blend whilst a Sitra (their spelling, not mine) pale finishes the boil. This AG kit seemed a bit light on the hops, so I bittered with Columbus to save the Citra and Simcoe for the flame out.

I agree - this one not good though.

SAISON I had almost forgotten I still had half a crate of this, nicely carbonated with good flavour from the yeast, you can also get a fair bit of flavour from the honey I added to this batch.
