Yep all the same. 👍
Definitely said coconut on the label. Last ginger bread beer poured down drain. This is better

Latest brew. American wheat hopped with Crystal, Adeena and a small amount of Talus. Very soft and the Talus gives a nice citrus twist I think.

You always seem to use these new hops I have never heard of before. How is the Adeena? Sounds like a good new noble showing up? Its a combo of summit and an English male.

Still got Covid so sticking to Brewdog Lost Lager. Like last night it's wet and cold but tastes a little better today.

On the upside I've kegged 23L of Dark Rock Citra and put Dark Rock Riwaka on ferment. Both done with MJ Kveik to quickly build stock. This time next week I'll have 3 Corny's full of beer. Time to buy keg 4.

I had a “May Contain Brambles” - a Bramble Porter by Fierce earlier.

Really nice. Chocolatey, sharp, tart, fruity. Probably couldn’t drink loads of it, but a really nice drink.

Waiting for the boil to heat up and I moved the bottles that were in the fermenting chamber to the fridge to make space for the keg fermenter. Ran out of space so I popped open a pils.

Czech pilsner, the hop is starting to shine. I am thinking some of the fruitiness is coming from the late saaz additions. It's getting better as it ages.

Yeah it's nice.. definitely good for a modern taken on a traditional style ..used it in hoppy Belgian pale and this beer. Thinking about using in a Italian pilsner to see what it's like on its own.
