Not much tonight, or this arvo.
First up the dregs of my bottling bucket from my IPA Ella bittering hops and tasting great.
Second a schooner of an unusual Saison, not mine a club member but very nice, comes under the broad spectrum of a farmhouse ale. Fermented with the yeast from a sour dough starter with bread in the mash. Astra was the hops used and I think I detected some Cascade.
So it was a sweet and sour weighing in at 7% ABV. It was bloody good but I told him it was too cloudy.
