I can't even describe either. It's like nothing I have ever smelled before. Or tasted. It's intense woody. But a really delicious wood. And 14.6%, this must have been aged for well over a year. Only 450 cases produced. Do you think that's 450 x 24?

After cutting the lawns, front, back and nature strip, a really bitter IPA. Just how a beer should be. Clear, bright, alive, (there are two things we consume alive beer and oysters) good head retention and good lacing.
What are the poor people doing?

How long was it boiled for? I bet it wasn’t 30 minutes.

I would say only 400 bottles by the way it’s packaged

First half of the football had @dan125 bitter with challenger hops. Lovely refreshing pint at just under 4%

Then had @dan125 IPA, I can't remember the hops in this one but similar flavour profile to vocation life and death..pine, citrus and nice and bitter

Our for lunch. Restaurant's own label beer. An Amber Ale brewed with 'Green Ginger Rosemary' from the kitchen garden. Not bad at all, if served ice cold so took a while to warm up.
