Slumming it again...
We both had the Black Angus fillet steak. Beautifully seared and seasoned to give a flavoursome crust and meat so tender you could cut it with a wooden chippy fork. Maybe not the most flavoursome cut but certainly the most tender and still very tasty all the same.
I’ve put too much effort into life to not enjoy it now. Y’know, just once in a while

Just polished off the last of the Irish Red keg, and got the session IPA on to gas in its place. It’s been a productive evening

Resisting the beer. But by God I can do with one. Just went to do a fit to fly test on my son ready for tomorrow. The company only went and didn't putting the testing cassette in the package. What a waste of money. Luckily I re-checked the entry requirements and the changed at the beginning of the month so he doesn't need to test before flying.
How about this for a present? I was pretty happy when my wife surprised me with a four-pack. It's really good.
