Lovely clarity - you wouldn't think I empty the whole kettle through a grain bag !

Kwak! Yum such a remarkable and underrated beer.

Sat in the garden enjoying the last of the sun with a....Blended Brett & Sour Ale courtesy of @jceg316. Bottle opened with a nice hiss, and poured with a nice head. It smelt, unsurprisingly, sour . There was a familiar sour smell but I couldn't put my finger on it. This is an interesting beer. It's surprising gasier than I was expecting, and quite an interesting taste. There is an initial sour kick which quickly subsides, making this a nice refreshing drink. I think it evokes a cross between the taste of sherbert lemons and sour sweats my kids have. Thanks for sharing

Having a couple of these to try and cheer myself up, having just read about Dennis Waterman. Real hero of mine, from Up the Junction, through Sweeney, Minder and even New Tricks, I loved the guy. Gutted, absolutely gutted.

Seems like I might have over carbonated the keg somewhow? I wonder if the regulator is not reading accurate pressure? It's still rather foamy but the carbonation seems ok now.
