Vact to NormalityAt last, a pint of my own English Bitter. This is the one I kegged today. It’s had about six hours at 25psi and is now on serving pressure. It’s carbed to about cask level so is very easy drinking.

New label? Is it's still 12%?View attachment 66538
Still not sure if this a different recipe of the KBS beer but it's quite fantastic.
Just one tonight, trying @pilgrimhudd Orkney Ale. No idea what style but its 7% and well aged.
Pours a deep Mahogany, nice red tint when help up to the light. Carbonation is spot on.
Really strong aroma at first I thought coconut but more of a wood, some sweetness.
Flavour is strong and complex, really nice mouth feel. The wood which I am guessing is oak of some sort.
This was really interesting beer to try, I feel that the Oak flavour is still to dominant.
Cheers for sharing I would be interested on what your thoughts.
