It actually might. Aroma is a key component of taste and those glasses concentrate the aroma.

Trying this now there is a lot going on but I am rubbish at picking things out, I get corriander and a slight orangey in the back ground overall it is very good well to me

Sheep Dip. 3.8% bitter from Plain Ales in Salisbury in my favourite local pub. More than acceptable.

What's your latest English Bitter recipe please H?English bitter service will soon be restored. As you say one more night to go, just keep your head down and push through. Double brew-day? Simple recipe/process like an English bitter and an early start should do it. Chin up bud.

Here we go first of taste of cml 1864 amber it’s bitter but a nice bitter with other flavours which I can’t pick out but it’s good, this my Third cml brew all have been good
This is it but on the sheet I’ve made a small change in the quantity of roasted barley (from 40g to 20g) because I felt it was a little dark.

Talking about English Bitter is bound to influence me…
Tonight we’re trying Jim’s latest beer. Not quite finished conditioning yet though. It’s a low carb citra and centennial IPA.
Finished at 1.003 so it’s very dry and very bitter. But really fruity and nice. Bit of a funny smell though at the minute. Hopefully it conditions out.
Smells like feet
but tastes nice! Couple of photos - one of them is Rod style so you can see the true colour.
