I hate to admit this but after a pint of this at the Mill at Conder Green near Lancaster I went onto a highly hopped keg so called craft beer. I am sure the Hen Harrier was kept well but agree it was rather boring!

I’ve now only got about 4 pints of stout and I don’t fancy a Pilsner or Sour so time for a couple of bought beers.

The Guinness had been really good here right through lockdown when there was only a handful of key workers using the place. Now the place is busy again and it’s slipped back a bit.
Bummer.

My last for tonight and back to a bitter. It has quite a caramel malt flavour which is nice but the caramel may be a touch over for my taste.

Wasn't a big fan of the IPA so this was about the only other thing apart from lager (and it wasn't Tennents). Bit disappointed that I can't get Red Death on draught up here; is it not around so much anymore? When I was a kid and we came up to see the Scottish side of the family it seemed to be everywhere.

I found an odd half-pint bottle of my first Gumballhead. It's a better and more interesting beer when it's aged a bit, I think. Bottled 164 days.
