Starting the night with a @Hazelwood Brewery summer breeze to accompany the football. This batch seems hoppier than the last one I had, really tasty![🍺 🍺](https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/joypixels/assets/8.0/png/unicode/64/1f37a.png)

I thought it had crisped up a little after an extra few weeks in the fridge compared to the early bottle that you had. Glad you said that@dave_77 the hops are really shining on this now. I am definitely getting the lemon hit you were after.
Lovely beer![]()

My Anchor Steam beer is a winner changed the hops to an Aussie Pride Of Ringwood and is even better. I am not sure if you can get POR in the UK but it is fantastic as a single hop in an English bitter.

Looks and sounds great! I have some bx to use up...could you share the recipe please? No wife and an unexpected day off tomorrow means an earlier start than normal for a wednesday, this ones my bramling x ipa, only 2 weeks in the bottle, it needs longer but I'm pleased to say it's far nicer than the sample I had at bottling.View attachment 47876
