It’s being a long time since I last had Orval and I’ve forgotten just how distinctive it is that slight spicy fruity bitter taste delicious though.

A late one but an absolute cracker
Preprandial Camden pale ale clone, after my afternoon my hop harvesting.
Then sweet soy grilled mackerel with sasame soy beans and Aldi best vin de pays rose.
Very tasty, and a good match if I say so myself.
The mackerel looks great, but how did the crossword go?
Fine, except we didn't know which county has the capital Tashkent.

That would have stumped me. I like the cryptics because they give you the answers and tell you how to spell them. I’m a bit behind this week, here’s my progress so far with Thursdays offering, the NW corner was particularly enjoyable.

Picked up a 6 pack of mixed beers from Pig Brewery, starting off with Session a nice beer hopped with Citra and Prima Donna which they grow on site.

Spectacular landscape up there and the weather was amazing. The sunsets are unreal. Amazing place we live in.
