Damn tasty biscuity and fine carbonation kegged.

Ordered recipe kit from MM and it had turned out much darker than expected. Still tasty kegged again and beautiful carbonation and head retention.

Vanilla coffee chocolate milk stout. Originally carbonated in a pressure barrel which was a fail. Invested in cornies and this is the result (Not balanced the lines yet so still a bit lively on the pour).

Paw On Yer Neck golden ale. Citrus, maybe some tropical fruit and spice (Bobek style) from the hops, from the malt a nice sort of biscuit/honey flavour, with a bit of bite from the wheat malt in there too. Really refreshing, and sessionable at 4.2% ABV.

So, after a pint and a half of that, I asked my wife if she wanted another beer. She said no, so I poured us both a bottle of braggot… :laugh8: Mr Pump's braggot to be exact, at 8% ABV approx., then we went to bed... lol

VERY strong honey flavour, with fruity hop flavours (I used US and new world hops, and Belle Saison yeast), but very very VERY dry... Maybe a bit too dry to be honest, which is why I want to do another soon, but using Fuller's yeast and a Fuller's ESB style hop schedule for those yummy orange marmalade flavours.

Probably the clearest brew I've ever made.

B&m kit 'real ale'. Brewed with a jar of potters malt extract from Holland and Barrett and 100g brewing sugar,quite bitter but I like it.cheers!

Graham wheeler kulminator dopplebock recipe. The one I was rambling on about last year.
Came out crystal clear.
Only bottled 2, rest is kegged.

Elysian Brewing Company - "The Wise ESB" clone.
Finished a bit stronger than anticipated at 6.3%, was aiming for 5.9%.

My second ever brew, a Youngs NW Saison, about 10 days after bottling. Carbonation is good and the head stays to the end which is a bonus.
It hasn't cleared yet - when should I expect it to? Hopefully will age well, if I can refrain from drinking the remain 50 odd bottles before the end of the month!

upload_2019-2-18_18-0-13.png Drinking a B&M Tequila and Lime lager. I'm not a big fan of lager these days but bought this as it was cheap and they'd sold out of the other kits. It's crystal clear and tastes good (if you like that sort of thing). No much of a head as I poured it very gingerly to avoid sediment. Perhaps a tad undercarbonated but hey-ho!

What a coincidence - I've just made a similar brew, bragawd in Welsh but I used a mix of gervin and saison yeast (because I had 2 half packets left over). Yet to try a bottle but it was decidedly saisony when I bottled it.
Just tried one although it is a little young yet.
Distinct saison banana overtones but also distinct orange zesty flavours coming through from the honey. (I use Tescos finest orange blossom honey - bit pricey, £6 worth in 4 gallons, but it has a really twangy orange zing to it)
Gonna be awsome once it's conditioned properly, assuming it gets the chance.:laugh8:

Yeah... it makes a great mead but you need 3 jars for 5l at 7%, I used 5 jars in my 5L of BOMM. Different cost scale from beer. :-)

Kendoon Four B (Bill's Bitter Brown Beer)
A sort of best bitter/brown ale/IPA hybridy thingy. 41 IBU, brewed with pale malt, CaraRed and some roast barley. Flavour hop Fuggle. Dry hopped with Citra and Motueka. 4.1% ABV.
Turned out very tasty!
Shown with a 24 LED torch behind it.
