Samples from pressure ferment?

Just ordered it but want to be prepared for the debut brew.

Liquid disconnect with a picnic tap.
Or buy an ispindel and don't take samples.
Or do neither and leave it for 2 weeks, 3 weeks to be safe, then keg/bottle.
