Hi All,
Have done 8 AG brews so far since starting in Feb using the all in one Angelhomebrew equipment. For my water treatment additions have been using the calculator on the home page of this forum, this has worked fine so far with some really good results for pale ales, but my next brew will be a Red Brick Rye kit from Malt Miller, this is described as an Amber Ale, but i can't find anything in the calculator that allows me to input this style etc.
Any ideas of what chemicals i might need, i use Tesco Ashbourne water for all my brewing purposes.
Hopefully somebody can point me in the right direction.
