Hi all I've done the pink grapefruit ipa kit at the start of the year following instructions exactly and it turned out sour barely enjoyable now I love ipa.s so I got it again and I'm going to start it at the weekend do my question is instructions say primary for 10 days then bottle I'm thinking a minimum of 14 then same conditioning before even trying to drink it what is the normal time on it

I always primary for at least 14 days, then move to a secondary for a week or so (which is when I add dry hops) then bottle and condition for at least 3 weeks.
I loved this kit when i did it. I'd advise you get some of Brew Dog's Elvis Juice down you to check that you do like the Pink Grapefruit style, IPA is a broad definition.
Can I ask what you added to it (I'd guess the very reasonably priced Mangrove Jack's Brew Enhancer)?
