Darcey people are only trying to help you. Some of the most experienced brewers on the site have given you personal experience and researched knowledge, spent time researching the internet for you.
Aleman is trying to help you identify what your problem is you just seem to ignore him.
Have you not considered that it may not be HSA you are assuming it is because
Have you not thought that it may be something outside of your control with the fermentation? the yeast has altered, infection. Brewing has too many variables which are compounded by the real lack of control that we have when brewing in our kitchens or garden sheds.
It seems to me that you don't want any of the answers you have been given and you are not going to give up until someone tells you that your problems are HSA.
