So, I've been bottling my TC for some time, but thought about chucking some in a keg and force carb it. I'd like to back sweeten it too, probably with Monin green apple syrup, but don't want it fermenting that sugar out in the keg.
What's best way to kill of any yeasties? Boil it? Or some wine stabilizer or something like that?
