Must be busy.....posted a pic of his missus in a pub earlier on this evening on FB.
Which would be perfectly fine if he hadn't made a commitment to get all results published this week.

Everyone understands that people have far more than organising a homebrew competition going on in their lives, which includes spending time with family.

However it's unacceptable to keep making commitments and failing to stick to them.

Across Twitter and Facebook there have been several different estimates given for when results will be posted and so far not a single one has been met.

On a more serious note. BJCP registered judges who provided their time to judge beers at BrewCon have not yet had their "judging experience points" added to their BJCP accounts (I've asked around a few folks who I know are BJCP registered).

I believe that there is usually a time limit (21 days) to submit such things and there may be sanctions applied regarding the potential registration of future comps by the competition organiser.

That's really poor. Imagine doing all that work and then not getting your experience points. Well sounds like sanctions for future comps might be in order. I mean, you know going into these things you're going to need to get scoresheets to participants, judging points added, prizes out to people. It's not fair to all that have entered and those who have helped.

29 for my Golden Ale and 31 for my English IPA.

A bit surprised they didn't score higher to be honest as all the other feedback I'd had on them both was very positive.

Keen to see the feedback sheets now - hopefully won't be a long wait for those!

Interesting, I got 34 for my English IPA, but the exact same beer scored 39 in the NAB comp.. defo keen to see the feedback forms.

(and I also entered a golden ale as well! how bizarre lol)

The previous version of my IPA (which wasn't all that different) scored 41 at LAB Open so getting the suspicion that table was scored low. Will see what the feedback says.

Will be interesting to see if either the feedback sheets or the score for my American IPA (table 6 but not expecting great things on that one) appear tonight.

If it's only scores for a couple of tables tonight then it suggests not much had been uploaded before today and there will still be quite some wait for the those towards the end of the list.

The score for my witbier is up but not the sheet. I scored 32, which was less than the previous version of the same beer scored at LAB (34). Disappointed a little because the LAB beer was marked down for a “harsh pithy bitterness” which I sorted out for this version so was hoping for at least a 36.

I fully expect the feedback to be mainly “intangibles”, much like it was in the LAB comp so I have very little chance of working out how I improve my score. I’m assuming at that level it’s mainly judge’s personal preference.
