Hi Chaps.. me again.

This maybe already have been answered, but where would be the best place to start the brew, Shed or spare bedroom?

With the UK weather would it effect the brew if I done it in the Shed?

i take it your talking about a kit brew? i would say anywhere where you can maintain a temperature of between 18 - 20oC should be ok.
I tend to brew AG beer outside (weather permiting) or If its raining i take over the kitchen. I always fement in the living room where even during the hotest weather it dosnt get above 20oC.

I'd pick somewhere with an ample supply of running water.

Kitchen works for me. Throw the missus out :D After that - in the summer, somewhere relatively cool - between 18 & 22 C... in the winter, somewhere relatively warm ... errrr between 18 & 22 C

:D
