I think the answer is yes. Earliest reference I can see is 1997, but can't access the link in BYO.

But this link has the same tech.

Go for it. With room to throw a few ice packs in to keep the cellar temps.I fancy a simple and highly portable jobby.
Wooden wine box.
Containing 2x 5l bag in box and the pump.
In use: box standing on end, pump attached ready to serve. Micro bar.
https://ikegger.co.uk/products/duo-tight-8mm-push-fittings?variant=20717947682919Does anyone know if there is a duotight or JG fitting to connect 8mm push fit hose to 5/8 male?
Nearly I was hoping to get threaded bit on the push fit?
If this is to fit a sparkler, I think that a 5/8 shank on a beer tap is BSP (14 TPI) and if the reference I previously posted is correct the sparkler is 5/8 26 TPI. Don't think you'll get a Duotight or JG fitting at this pitch.... happy to be proved wrong though!
I wonder if you could do something with the extension that RLBS sell and some epoxy?
Gas hose? 5/8 inch male (thread, what thread)? 8mm pushfit?
This is adding up to something potentially very scary. No wonder @RoomWithABrew asked "Why?".
Ah, @MCRBrew has a less pessimistic idea of what's being attempted! Still (a person like me has undying pessimism) there's no mention of gas in his reply. @MashBag; explain.
Then don't mention "gas hose"! Your focus does jump about a bit and we could imagine some "alternative" horrific scenarios from what you were asking.8mm hose fits beautifully into a party tap. ...

"Gas hose" (the talk was all beer-line before that). "5/8 male" and "BSP" (a common thread diameter for compressed gas cylinders - i.e. even higher pressure than liquid CO2). "Duotight or JG fitting to connect 8mm push fit hose to 5/8 male" (that's enough; he might have had much to do with gas cylinder filling, allegedly, but this banter is getting dangerous). So what horrific ideas had you come up with.
