It's certainly a plan, but then you'd end up with 4 or 5 beers where you haven't been able to control the ingredients and understand what they contribute. Just go balls out and brew a big, dark, malty beer!

If it was me, I’d tip it all out on my kitchen table and separate it into 5 different piles with a teaspoon.

It would only take about a day.

Could do a far better job with tweezers. Just sayin'

Definitely don’t bin it. I am, at this very moment drinking an accidental (long story) stout with 250g each of chocolate malt, black malt and roasted barley and 5k of MO pale. It’s bl••dy lovely. You could split that into say, three and add some extra base malt and it would be fine. It might limit your creative side but it would still be perfectly drinkable beer. Beats the pants off binnng it.

Brew it and just label it a porter. Don't forget to shrug and smile as you do it. Use the hops you have (in suitable quantities), some orange zest (pith removed) in the boil, call it an orange porter. The orange will cut through the crystal.
