Little bottler i put the solid tube into the end of the auto syphon tube to make bottling easier.

I now have the ultimate set up (for me) i have a SS conical fermenter similar to the one below, when i finish the wine and degas the sediment drops into the come at the bottom i then attach the tube and little bottler i mentioned above to the top tap and get no sediment in the bottles as the level is below the top tap, not cheap but i wish i had bought it years ago.

Another big plus is its a doddle to clean.

Great. Alles ist klar. clapa

Finally got round to making a 10L batch.

10L grape juice
2.5kg currants
500g forest fruits
2 packs of S05

Based on previous readings, this should give a SG of around 1.333. Should leave a FG of around 1.035 - 1.040. ABV should be around 12.5% with S05.

Fermenting in a corny keg and planning on serving from it too assuming my syphon with filter and bag combo will work as intended. Few glasses of yeast then delicious wine. Last batch cleared naturally after around 3 months so no worries there.

Making the wine was super quick. Check out the pics.
