1.5 litres apple juice
1 litre grape juice
1 litre strawberry/ pomegranate
700 gm sugar
Black tea
Pectolase

Everything going to be ok?

Matt - So to make up to a good ( 1100 gm ) SG add 733 gm of sugar?

733g to bring it up to 1100g will be fine.

The rule of thumb was 1100g total sugar in a DJ = 13% ABV when it got to .990 i never bothered with a hydrometer at the beginning.
