Adaptors Duotight et al

Hi,
Does anyone know where I can source a duotight (or equivalent) 8mm bulk head (something to hold the thermowell within a Fermzilla lid). I was a bit heavy handed fitting the one that came with it and snap the plastic :-(

Also, does anyone know what the fittings would be called that you can drill a hole to add an extra 30mm (bottle top sized?) male adaptor to a Fermzilla??

Are they not just a 8mm x 1/4 pneumatic stud? Duotight is nothing special.
