    After adding the priming sugar, the barrel will need to be kept in the warm for a few days to allow the yeast to consume the sugar and make CO2 :thumb: Move it inside ;)

    Blueberry Wheat 19/11/10

    After worrying about a slow start from the WLP300, I came home to this today :shock: and there's about 20l of head space in that FV :o I guess it had a party with the vodka :party:

    Wheat beer advice

    It sounds like moving the fv has indeed roused the yeast and re started fermentation. Leave it to do its thing it'll soon settle down. As for your yeast starter it'll be fine in the fridge for a week, just bring it out to warm up for a few hours before pitching :thumb:
