Back in business

I'm gonna get my first brew on in 6 months tomorrow I'm not sure of the recipe yet but it will include the legendary Nelson Sauvin
I rebuilt the whole control box last night, it powers on so far and will be tested this evening.
I hope i remember how to brew

keep an eye on it when its done cos i did a couple of brews recently with nelsons and i'm sure it evaporated or some t**t was nippin in my garage while i was at work :rofl: top hops :thumb:

I went with this recipe:

10Kg Maris otter

30 g Nelson Sauvin 60 mins
50g Styrian Goldings 30 mins
50g Saaz 30 mins
50g Saaz 5 mins

One FV will be fermented with Wyeast 1469 and the other with Wyeast 1026
