    Chocolate Coffee Stout

In my latest cocoa Loca stout I added 100g if cocoa powder to the last 15mins of the boil. It's turned out amazing! No powdery taste and the chocolate is not too sweet or overpowering

    Alcotec 48 help needed

Give this a little longer, ideally it should finish at 999 or less. Think the packet says its ready in 5 days(I think), but that's more than likely in a fermentation fridge.

    Toohey's Draught.

In have done this in the past to the instructions on the tin. To be honest I was not impressed, even ages it a year and it didn't improve. I spent a month in Australia a few years back and I loved drinking tooheys products, sadly the kits are not a patch on the real thing. All I can suggest...

It's an adaption of the Black Sheep riggwelter, but more hops and a lower abv, slightly different grain bill! I designed the brewing space about 3 months ago, just to make the brew day a little easier :)

Ive not tried the flaked wheat, but when I use up the Torrified wheat I have left, I will give it ago :thumb: First time I have used this yeast, and it seems a little slow to get going to be honest. Which is unlike the other Mangrove yeast I have tired.
