I have finished fermenting my TC and it as stopped bubbling a few weeks ago.
My question is they are 1.8ltr pet bottles and i think i need about 3 tsps of sugar to carbonate.
this may seem a soft question but do i dissolve the sugar in the bottle or just put it in and leave it?
May sound soft...
Morning all.
I have been given a youngs cider kit but cannot find a good review about them.
Is there something i should do/add to ensure a better finalised brew.
Was opening to get about 6-7% and medium.
Any help thanks in advance.

That is what i intend to do i am thinking more along the lines of what to do with the alcotec 8 turbo yeast, am i right in thinking it cannot be used with the elderflower.
Using the turbo yeast seems to call for carbon filtering or something along those lines.
Bought myself a magnum elderflower kit and a few odds and sods and also some alcotec 8 turbo yeast.
I didn't have a clue in all honesty what it was i just seen the speed/strength and drunken alarm bells started ringing as to the potential of it.
Well it seems it is about as much use (TO ME) as a...
