Productive brewing weekend.

Yesterday bottled latest Saison, this version I used the Omega Lithuanian Farmhouse yeast. Finished at 1.006.
Small dry hop with Wakatu & Celeia. Bottled conditioning to around 3vols 🤞🏼

Ahh nice I was going to say in my last post that chinook goes well in a stout/porter. That sounds great!
Cheers..fingers crossed..hoping the Idaho 7 & centennial being high on the survivables list will come through nicely from the whirlpool with a small top up from the dry hop. Do like a bit of citrus spice from Chinook.

Yeah absolutely, it's a lovely hop in a dark beer but funnily enough not used it at all in a light beer yet. Also not used idaho at all, but centennial is always decent.
