I scarcely dare think how many litres there are in the garage. Was well stocked pre-lockdown and now there could even be untasted batches at the bottom somewhere.

I did a pseudo lager beer using US 05 pitched 4 August last year and there are still 10 x 500ml bottles of that near the top. Not a bad beer at all, either...

Hey-ho, started rambling already. Did a Patersbeer sort of a beer today. Another name for the style is a Belgian Single Abbey.

Quick look at the brew book...I've done 8 brews since about 9 April...
I like to mix up my beers on a session.
