Hi everyone :thumb:
Had a brew day yesterday
I made a beer and a lager from the book Dave line brew beers like the ones you buy,
Really like this book and been REALLY happy with the beers i've copied, but what i want to know is usually after fermenting i just throw the sediment away, could i save and re use the yeast again? :wha: I have never done it before and just wanted to know if it would be ok to, and any info on how to? the yeast i use is for the beer Safale s-04 and for my lager Saflager s-23.
Thanks for any help
