I bought a muntons kit of yorkshire bitter and yesterday I made the primming. I never taste a yorkshire bitter before so I give a try to feel what's like my beer will be on 2 weeks after bottled.
I'm worried about my beer because it smells and taste a bit of vinegar, I want to know if this bit of vinegar taste is expected from yorkshire bitter, or if it's because I used only 18L on a kit to make 23L of beer, or the sad answer: infection!
