Tales from the shed..kegging and bottling 22 litres of the winter warmer with 1 kilo of Christmas pud.Started @ 1.040 finished @1.010 . 2 weeks in the airing cupboard then off to the shed..tastes and smells lovely

I broke up the pud and left it in for the first fermentation.2 weeks.
The reason I I have put some in bottles and some in the kegs is I'm putting the 2 gallon keg and bottles away until this Christmas and will probably drink the larger keg later in the year

I thought I was going mad as I'm on Nightshift and just woke up but what a truly wacky idea.This should be interesting[emoji106] [emoji481]
