What do you do if other juices apart from the Apple juice half artificial colours and preservatives. I've bought apple and elderflower and that's got no added sugar that one

I don't use anything that has preservatives, i learned that lesson the hard way.

This is what you need to look for -

This is apple and elderflower and as you can see (of which is sugar below) it has 9.8g per 100ml = 98g total.

Oops my apple and elderflower is 1.4g per 100 ml and my apple juice from concentrate is 100% and of which sugar is 11 g
