I put the second stage of Wilko wine finings into my wine two and a half days ago, but there are still flecks in suspension. Do I need to wait longer or is there something else I can do beyond using muslin to filter?

I would give it 2 full weeks. If there was some gas left in it, it will have a hard time dropping.
I used a hand drill attachment on full power multiple times over the course of a few hours, I don't think there is any gas left in it. There aren't any bubbles, but there are bits just floating on top, presumably water tension is keeping them in place?

The fastest finings i have used and my go to brand is KwiK Clear If you can get it locally buy some and give it a try if not find the cheapest KwiK Clear on Ebay, it lasts ages and does the job brilliantly so worth paying the postage.

Be careful as there are two sizes -

Sufficient to treat 70 - 135 litres & 135 - 270 litres.
