A decent pint now, one of my Swift Bitters :

Its nearly 3 weeks since I kegged my Buldog old porter kit. I have had a couple of pints in the interim and well its was ok......nice but just ok.
Just blew the froth off the first pint in a fortnight.... Bloody helll.. It no longer tastes like homebrew Its bloody luverly. I can feel this being a 5 pint night... Up at 0530 or it woud be a 6+pinter :party:
Im going to have to do a brew a week for the next 5 or 6 weeks to build up enough of a stock to allow for some Maturation.... No No you misheard me I said Maturation not.... :drink: :drink: :drink:

I'm almost at the bottom of the keg of Swift Bitter :shock: good job I stopped off and got a few bottles in, the other keg of 'Swift' is a bit warm to drink.

1x Trappist Beer (cant remember the name)
