I haven't got an empty FV to make another yet (got one in stock) as my 3 FV's are full, an All Grain bohemian pilsner (cold crashing) an MJ simcoe IPA made with kveik voss yeast 5 days ago (just added dry hop) and an MJ IPA (cold crashing). As soon as an empty FV is available a juicy Session IPA will be going in it.

I don't make beer for reasons I have posted many times but I do like to drink beer and I have posted about the beers I have bought in this thread many times, the thread title says "What are you drinking tonight" not "What home brew are you drinking tonight" therefore the answer to your question is no.

Hi, I’ve just brewed this , and noticed on the instructions, on the box it says add hop sachet on day four . On the hop sachet it says add’ prior’ to yeast! I’ve left it till day four .

Yeah it's a big contradiction! I did a bit of research on here first and followed the hop sachet instructions, but added it on day 3 just to confuse things even further!
I also brewed mine to 23l and it's one of the best beers I've ever tasted! I'm sure yours will be the same
I tried the first one after 2 weeks of carbing and then 2 weeks in the fridge.

Coopers English bitter. A little bit too bitter, harsh even. Its had about 6 weeks in the bottle. Hopefully it'll mellow a bit.

Brewferm IPA. Good bitter, no more aroma sadly, but no kit taste as well. Quaffable.

Ritchies simply stout, racked onto blackberries for a week.
Can hardly pick out berry flavour, but it's a bit tart.
I don't think this combo is a winner.

St. Peter's cream stout, I tried the first bottle a couple of weeks ago and although it was alright I can definitely taste the difference over the last 2 weeks. It makes for a lovely pint now

Coopers Real Ale, 3 weeks in the bottle and getting better, reminds me a little bit of Old Speckled Hen, though not as strong.

Coopers AuPA pimped with cascade. 1 Week in the bottle and it tastes good. Will be doing this one again.

Trying some excellent Wherry (really pleased with that) from a PB. The PB / beer in question figured on here in a few posts because I had bought a new Lid / Valve / Tap for this PB and found the 2nd Ferm "gas" had gradually leaked out

So the advice was recharge with sugar and replace the old lid for now. It has turned out really well and has been in there since June 20th

Also had a Nelsons Revenge (KK) - that is 8 weeks old and really nice

Then tried the Admirals Reserve (KK) - that is 4 weeks old and also really nice

I was planning to switch all my Brews to Reserve and have 2 ready to "go" but the way the Wherry has matured into a lovely pint both in taste and looks and my Friday night socially distanced buddies like it - I may keep one of each in the Barrels as they are now

Good to hear your Wherry, Nelson's and Admiral's are all very good

I'm really pleased with my Wherry, it was my first ever batch and I made a couple of rookie mistakes but it's come right in the end. I've only got 5 bottles of it left unfortunately!

My Admiral's is just 5 weeks old now and it's amazing! Can't believe homebrew could ever be this good!

I have just started a Nelson's Revenge so looking forward to trying that when it's ready
