Several Plain Apple TC's - which are scrumptious , a few ginger beers and a couple of Range IPA brewed at Xmas. Far too much for a school night and may regret during tomorrow's meetings.

Really enjoying some Farmageddon Pale Ale. They came to visit my local homebrew club tonight and brought a keg and tap. Really nice guys and I got a hop plant.

I'm off to Belgium tomorrow for 6 days so having this to get into the spirit

Love it... Chinook makes a great beer, its my go too
The first couple i opened i wasn't overkeen on at all.Took some to a couple of mates and they were very impressed!,these were stored for a bit longer. Must say i warmed to the beer and actually thought it was damn good.
Just shows that keeping for a while does improve the beer:thumb:

Bit early but I've just had a czech pilsner. Brewed with my new Klarstein micro brewer! Brewed this with cali yeast at 18c instead of lager yeast. Tastes superb the best I think I've made, very happy with it.

I will try this with lager yeast at 13c and see if it comes out different.

Thats good news. I must admit that my bottles of Chinook Smash "seem' to vary, but Ive put that down to what I have just eaten/not and the mood Im in. Anyway, I brew it at least once a month because its so easy and makes a superb beer!

Too tired an emotional to Post last night ...

... but finished the last bottle of Fulstows Marsh Mild.

Started on the 2nd December last year, it has been a superb brew and I can recommend it to anyone who wants to start brewing AG from a kit. :thumb:

A Wherry with a Saaz tea added to it, a John Bull Lager (wannabe lager anyway) with Target hops,a Wilko Stout with a mystery hop a mate at work gave me in the summer and maybe my last Simply Stout I bottled last April with Fortnum and Masons Sandringham blend coffee and coco stick from St Lucia added to it at 9%.
