Posted this in the wrong thread (this always seems to happen when my photo upload fails and I refresh the page).

2 x the beer I made with Southwark brewing at Victoria Wetherspoons.

Not sure cask was the best option for this, but half went into keg and should be picking one up next week.

I know pride is a sin, but feel rather chuffed at seeing a beer I helped design and brew being sold at a pub in a major train station.
If it's the same Wetherspoons I went to at a London train station they couldn't keep a secret never mind keeping beer.

My Pale ale inspired on my trip to the UK by Blue Monkey Brewery Big Sip Pale Ale, a quaffers delight. Highly hopped with Cascade for the finishing touch. This does taste fantastic with a big hop presence but lacking the citrus on the nose but is there taste wise.
11 days in the bottle but is clearing. Will make again but look at the citrus finish.

Château Moutinot Saint-Estèphe 2019 (Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc)

A fairly ‘standard’ grape blend but a bit different in that it’s un-oaked leading to a much fresher taste, makes for an excellent wine.
