Just the one tonight as I went out last night and had few
American Amber is still hazy. I did forget to put protafloc in this beer and the gelatin hasn't really worked..tastes fine just not a looker

How you catch that? It's just a cough now here,they even tell you on hospital wards with very poorly people in situ that the person in the opposite bed has it...

Trying to help a fellow homebrewer out with a recipe, whilst enjoying a rather lovely hazelnut brown ale. Just back from the pub and this is so much nicer than the shyte that was on offer there. Never ceases to amaze me how that is even possible.

I think I got it on the boat travelling to Tasmania though I barely left the cabin. That is if the incubation period is 3 days. Never thought much of it I thought it was just a cold, blocked nose and throat was dry. Wasn't that concerned the wife got it and did the Covid test with a positive result. I took the test and was positive too. Knocked the wife around she has spent the last 4 days mostly in bed.
Wednesdays beers in Edinburgh.....
The brewdog clear beer was solo Simcoe and a bit disappointing the jackhammer however was great.
As for vault city only the elderflower and pear was below their usual standard (or too subtle for me).

In the Wynnstay at Machynlleth drinking Purple Moose Dark Bitter Very nice but just a bit cold!
I’m toasting the end of almost 30 years in the NHS. I enjoyed all of the clinical time over 3 decades. But I’m enjoying this Negroni a whole lot more.
