A good bottling day of my Ballantines IPA clone.
First cab off the rank a couple of APA's hopped with Citra and Cascade.

Second my Cali Common.

Last but not least my last soldier standing Extra Stout. But I have more stout cold crashing. This one has been very nice I think it is the one I put the Star Anise in. Nice creamy tight head and good lacing.

On my own in Singapore for tonight, so taking advantage of not having any Carling/Tennents/Heineken drinkers with me and trying out a Belgian restaurant that I've had my eye on for a while.

Saison Dupont on draught. Lovely. A few others on the draught beer menu that I'm probably going to sample too, like Leffe and Duchess de Bourgogne. Could be messy.

Just went to order a Duchess de Bourgogne and was informed that it's 2-4-1 Tuesday, so another Saison before the two Duchess' . Definitely going to be messy.
