Good news, but watch it, as S. diastaticus is a 'slow burner' only gradually converting remaining dextrins and starch to fermentable sugars.
Which your Windsor yeast then does.
Your one added drop could unintentionally become topped up.

Decided to have a sipping beer while the corn grilled. My Baltic Porter, strewth! I was expecting a sweet hit after my Best Bitter, this is about two years old and has now taken on a strong licorice taste, not sweet at all. Extremely happy, and as usual down to my last half dozen stubbles.

Had a couple of pints.after work. Manabrea which I have never seen before. Stated a premium Italian lager. It was very nice and refreshing, good malty back notes with some decent hop flavour. Quick good shows it's available in supermarkets

From memory it is brewed by Tenants (or is that Tennants ?), fairly sure its made in Scotland.
 
It's been over 30 years since I've last tasted this, pleased to say it's still a top beer. More will be bought soon

Last year I was out in the countryside and the farmer had been tidying up the gorse bushes which had exposed an old bottle of Newcy Brown. It had the old screw top lid (which meant it was from the 60s). There was still some dregs in the bottom. I was tempted to see if it could be harvested so I contacted BrewLab to see if they were interested in it. They weren't :laugh8:.
