Well I've tried a few beers today! Here's me relaxing in the hotel facilities...
I couldn’t find my Calvados (fecking packing up the house nonsense).
But I did find the Remy. Then I found the Calvados, but who cares, the Remy is lovely.

Version 2 of our experimental APA in the glass today.
This time we used Cascade hops in the mash hopping,
Idaho 7 and Sabro for the dry hopping.
The Phantasmpowder and the yeast OYL- 402 remained the same.

Quite nice, tastes milder than it's 7% ABV.
Probably my favourite so far, I've very little experience with hazy beers, thoroughly enjoying them now!
Not a fan, puckeringly bitter and has a weird, funky, aftertaste to me.
Nice enough, very light and citrussy, a solid 'non-offensive' beer.

So December is no-care month. 
We've shared a couple of cans tonight from a Brew York order we recently made. A Rhubarbra Streisand and a Rum and Raisin Imperial Milk Stout. Like liquid Yorkie it's amazing

I know it’s a commercial macro beer but now and then I just fancy a Guinness.

It’s that time of year were I revert to kits to cold to brew outside, this a pimped simply bitter kit, the 1.8kg pouch + 500g of dme + 250 grams of light brown sugar, it’s not to shabby no hint of twang, not as good as all grain but very drinkable, i used beior yeast from cml
Available again after 5 years, a speciality from the world Gose capital Leipzig, the Ritterguts- Gosebock "Bärentöter" with a typical and light salt, orange, coriander and cinnamon flavour.
The alcohol content is 6.6 % vol.
The best before date is 01/2027, so there is potential for cellar storage.

Yeah always, i kegged one today, same as the other but with midland yeast
